Concept to Completion

From initial enquiry to completion, an experienced contracts professional
is assigned to manage all aspects of your project. Through careful planning, effective communication and attention to detail throughout the project, quality control and adherence to an agreed contract programme is assured.

of responsibility which maintains project clarity, motivated teamwork, tight budget controls and seamless progression to the completed project.

We are very happy to liaise and work alongside any in-house suppliers
or providers. This service provides our clients with an efficient and cost
effective refurbishment solution, enabling them to concentrate on their
core activity

Our prospective clients are encouraged to visit recently completed projects and take up references from our client reference list.

Construction Design and Management

If required, our project managers will compile a Detailed Programme of Works, Health and Safety Statement, Risk Assessment and Method Statement.
We are fully conversant with Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations, having a wealth of experience dealing with Local Planning Authorities, Building Control Departments and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). We are, therefore, very happy to deal with these agencies on your behalf.
